Project manager Susann Notka states that the Wake Masters are being introduced so that German Wakeboarders have a national contest platform and the sport is being introduced to a wider audience. Counting about 60 Cableways Germany has the highest facility rate in the world.
Dates and locations are placed in a way so that as many boarders as possible from all over Germany can participate. The list: May 9, Hamburg – Wasserski Hamburg, May 16, Osnabrueck – Alfsee, StrandArena, June 13, Rostock – Koerks Strandarena, July 11 Wet’n’Wild, Munich- Wasserskipark Aschheim, August 22, Koeln-Bruehl – Wasserski Bleibtreusee

The boarders show their Frontmob, Railey, 360s and such to a three-man jury. the judges evaluate height, style and technique of the jumps. The collected points will go into the national ranking of the DWWV (German Wakeboard and Waterski association). The boarders will additionally be motivated by trophy money.
Susann Notka also promises the spectating fans some exciting days. Well trained bodies, sunshine, spectacular tricks, Schöller ice-cream and beach-beer Salitos will make the Wake Masters a fun summer event.
